1. Is it possible to order products individually?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order single items. We only deal with wholesale orders.

2. How long does it take to complete an order (delivery time)?
Delivery time depends on the specific product and the selected logo printing method. The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page after the appropriate options are selected from the dropdown menus. The displayed delivery times represent the latest estimated delivery dates, and orders often arrive earlier. In most cases, branded products are delivered within 2-3 weeks, though delivery time may vary depending on the product. Products without a logo are usually delivered within 1-5 working days.

3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies by product. The exact minimum quantity is shown on each product page.

4. What does the product price depend on?
The price of the product depends on the product itself, the logo, the quantity, and the delivery time.

5. Is it possible to order a sample? Does it cost anything?
It is possible to order a product sample, and we will send the samples directly to the client’s office. The sample must be paid for if the client decides not to place an order.

6. In what format do you need the logo?
We need the logo in vector format, usually in .ai, .cdr, .svg, or vectorized .pdf format(for text, the desired font).

7. How much does transport cost, and do you ship goods outside Estonia?
Shipping within Estonia is free. We also ship products across Europe; for exact delivery details and pricing, please contact us if needed.

8. Do you have a local warehouse?
We do not have a local warehouse; we order products directly from the factory. In Tallinn, we keep a small selection of items, including wristbands and thermal mugs.
